This is me!
My first competition. I was 57 years old. I have Parkinson's. I wanted to quit many many times. I decided to "Keep F'n Going".

Every day I tell my self to "Keep F'n Going"
Living with Parkinson's.
Some days I absolutely feel like giving up. Sometimes I give into the crazieness.
Other times, I remember who I was before Parkinson's changed my life. While I am not the same person I was pre-diagnosis, I go back to my roots and do what I love!

This is how I "Keep F'n Going".

I Hope My Journey Will Inspire you to "Keep F'n Going"
